In order to fully present and integrate the innovative achievements in Cognitive Computing of Visual and Auditory Information, to improve the Autonomous Vehicle‘s ability of environment perception, HIPS (Hefei Institutes of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences) andIAIR (Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Xi’an Jiaotong University) have together published the open test database. We now sincerely invite all the institutes and research teams to participate in the test. By combining the tests and evaluations together, we are looking forward to any further cooperation with you.

This open test database is captured by the autonomous vehicles from both  HIPS andIAIR, with standard data format, calibration info of sensors and well-defined interfaces for input\output. The test mainly focus on the perception\understanding of traffic elements, including: Lane Marking, Stop Line, Road Surface, Traffic Light, Traffic Sign, Road Marking, Vehicle, Pedestrian, other Obstacles, .etc.
